Welcome to Formix PDF. By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

Formix PDF provides tools to create PDFs (including invoices), scan documents into PDF, and use text-improvement features. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use Formix PDF. You are responsible for compliance with local laws in your country.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you enter or upload (text, logos, scans). You grant us a limited permission to process that content only as needed to provide the features you request (for example, generating a PDF on your device).

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content, including invoices and documents you create.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the app for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
Attempt to disrupt or abuse the service
Reverse engineer or resell the app in an unauthorized way
Upload malware or infringe others’ rights

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription (for example, $5 per month) or a free trial.

Prices and trial length will be shown before you confirm
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled
You can cancel according to the instructions provided at purchase (website, App Store, or Google Play)
Fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law or by the platform’s refund rules

If you buy through Apple or Google, their payment terms also apply.

6. Intellectual property

You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app’s software or branding except as allowed by these terms or by applicable open-source licenses for third-party components.

7. Third-party services

The app may rely on third-party libraries or services (for example, PDF generation libraries or payment processors). Those parties are responsible for their own services under their own terms.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular legal or business purpose. Documents you generate are your responsibility. Formix PDF is a productivity tool, not legal, tax, or accounting advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formix PDF and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or stop providing the service, or restrict access, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the product. You may stop using the app at any time.
